HOW CAN I BECOME A STREET MANNER DEALER?
Please shoot us an email at email@example.com to apply to be an authorized retailer. Please provide us with your store name, location/s of your store, website, and list of brands you currently carry.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE PLACED?
Once your order has been placed and confirmed, it is not possible to make any changes.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS NOT CORRECT?
Every so often mistakes do happen, but we will do our best to fix it. If you notice a mistake with your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will look into it. Please include your order number at all times with emailing us.
WHERE DOES STREET MANNER SHIP FROM?
We ship out of our HQ in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia.
We currently offer JNE and GOJEK (Bandung only) as the method of shipment.
Orders placed during regular business hours will be processed and shipped within 24-48
- Java: 3 – 7 days
- Outside of Java: 5 – 14 days
We aim to delivery all orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times stated on the website are in no way a guarantee and are based on approximations. This is due to third party factors, that may cause delays.
Note: We are not in the office during the weekends and holidays.
WHAT IS STREETMANNER’s RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?
Our web store returns policy means that if you have received goods with ANY DEFECTIVES or if you have received the WRONG ITEM(S), you can claim them to us within 24 hours after you received the item(s). In order to claim, please shoot us an email to email@example.com, and please provide photos of the defective item(s) or wrong item(s). Then you can return them to us within 3 days (72 hours) after the claim, providing they are in original resalable condition (all tags must be attached; the packaging must be intact, and the product must be unused). Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition. This does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer. Please enclose the completed Returns form with your goods, as no form may result in taking longer to process the return. Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, as not to be damaged in the post. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. Please note – The above information relates only to returns on good purchased through the street manner website, not at any of our physical retail stores.

WHAT IF I PURCHASED THROUGH A STREET MANNER RETAILER?
We cannot extend returns or exchanges purchased at a retailer other than streetmanner.co. Please save your retailer receipt.
